Cashmere Amber Body Butter

Soft and powdery with warmth underneath. White jasmine, pink peppercorn and poppy open it, tea rose petals, golden amber and soft cotton fill the middle, and cashmere musk, suede and spun sugar hold the base. This is a water based body butter rather than a straight oil blend, which is why it sinks in instead of sitting on top: glycerin and sodium lactate pull moisture into the skin while shea butter, avocado and argan oils seal it there. Jojoba oil absorbs cleanly because it mirrors what skin produces on its own, apricot kernel oil keeps the texture light, and behentrimonium methosulfate gives the whole thing a silky slip that spreads thin and goes further than it looks like it should.
