A). Serrenta is a bath and body products company that strives to utilize freshest local fruits, vegetables, herbs and other natural sources in their products to both make them more nourishing and to create a strong web of support, collaboration and shared success within the local community.
Q). Do you offer local delivery?
A). Yes. If your purchase is $50.00 or more and you live within 15 miles of the zipcode, 18332.
Q). Which companies do you use for shipping?
A). FedEx, UPS, USPS, and Robb Xpress.
Q). Do you offer samples?
A). Yes, we do offer sample sized products for a lot of our products.
Q). How should I store my items after receiving them?
A). Most of our products should be kept in a reasonably cool and dry space. If refrigeration or other special storage is needed, it will be explained on the label of the product.
Q). Who do I contact if I'm having technical difficulties with the website?

Q). Does Serrenta have gift cards?
A). Yes we do! Get your gift cards here.
Q). Can I pick-up my order?
A). Yes, we offer local pick-up for select orders.
Q). Does your gift cards have an expiration date?
A). It depends on the terms of the gift card.
Q). I accidentally entered the wrong apartment number. Can I change it after the order has been placed?
A). If the products have not been shipped yet, we can easily change it for you. This may not be possible if the shipment is already done but we would try to resolve it with our shipping company.
Q). Why is my credit/debit card not being accepted?
A). We do accept credit/debit cards. Please reach out to our customer service if you are having issues and we will try to resolve it for you.
Q). Can I change my email address after the order is placed?
A). Yes, you can change your email address at any point.
Q). Can I change my payment method after the order is placed?
A). We wouldn’t be able to change the payment method after the order is placed. But please let us know if there has been a mistake, so we can try to resolve it for you.
Q). How do I track my order?
A). An email with your tracking number will be sent to you after the products are shipped.
Q). Which products are eligible for pickup?
A). Your order is eligible for local pickup if the total purchase is above $40.00.
Q). When do you ship out an order?
A). For products in our inventory, our lead times are 2-3 days. If it is a special order to be prepared, it would be longer and we would inform you of a timeline while you are putting in your order. Please keep in mind that while some products can be prepared and shipped overnight, some of them like bar soaps requires curing times and we may also need to wait the shipment of extra supplies for the special order.

A). Yes, we do offer occasional discounts. Please follow us on social media and join our mailing list if you would like to be informed of them.
Q). Are all of your products handmade?
A). Yes, absolutely everything in our inventory is handmade by us in small batches.
Q). What is your return policy?
A). Since our products are considered cosmetics and must be verified unadulterated, we are unable to accept returns. If you believe a product does not match description or it is delivered to you with damage to the package or the items, please contact us immediately through our customer service to discuss.
