Position Summary
The Serrenta Retail Sales Representative is responsible for introducing Serrenta products to retail stores, boutiques, gift shops, spas, salons, wellness centers, pharmacies, home décor stores, and specialty retailers. This commission-based role focuses on building long-term retail
partnerships, securing wholesale orders, and growing Serrenta's retail footprint.
This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated salesperson who enjoys relationship building, prospecting, and helping independent retailers discover unique products their customers will love.
Responsibilities
- Identify and contact prospective retail partners.
- Present Serrenta's product collections and wholesale opportunities.
- Schedule meetings with store owners, buyers, and purchasing managers.
- Open new retail and wholesale accounts.
- Follow up with existing retailers to generate repeat orders.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide exceptional service.
- Attend trade shows, vendor markets, networking events, and industry conferences.
- Educate retailers on product benefits, merchandising, and seasonal collections.
- Monitor local market trends and competitor activity.
- Maintain accurate sales records within the company CRM.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Represent the Serrenta brand professionally at all times.
